BVRC's experienced trial attorneys have given the firm a success rate at trial of greater than 90 percent. The firm is never reluctant to bring a case to trial. It is not unusual for litigation clients to request that BVRC take on the defense of a lawsuit at the eve of trial because the client believes that stronger, more aggressive representation is needed.
BVRC began with a small handful of attorneys at a single location in Southern California. The firm grew with a reputation for high-quality, cost-effective legal work. In 1998, one of its clients requested that the firm open a Nevada office. Despite having tried out multiple law firms, the client could not find an organization that could provide the same level of service as BVRC in that jurisdiction. Later that same year, another client requested that the firm expand into Northern California. After receiving similar client requests, the firm opened its Arizona and Colorado offices.
Each BVRC office is headed by a managing attorney, who reports to the managing partner of the firm. A consistently excellent work product, at every office, is key to the firm's success. Each of the firm's clients know that they can expect the same high caliber of representation from each office and each attorney within the organization.
