Benjamin G. Goldstein
Mr. Goldstein is an Associate with the firm. Prior to joining Brady, Vorwerck, Ryder & Caspino, he acquired experience in the areas of Business Litigation, Estate Planning, and Tax Law. Mr. Goldstein also was involved in broad research relating to the crash of the Eurozone and its effect on the worldwide economic climate. In addition, he conducted extensive legal document analysis involving large-scale mass tort claims. During law school, Mr. Goldstein interned as a law clerk in the legal department of the American Cancer Society’s Cancer Action Network (ACS-CAN). He brings a zealous work ethic and diverse legal skills to the firm’s Workers’ Compensation team. Mr. Goldstein practices in California.
Mr. Goldstein’s interests include playing guitar, reading, and old movies. He is an avid fan of the New York Giants, New York Knicks, and AC Milan soccer.
Professional Activities
While in law school, Mr. Goldstein was the Editor for, “Rape, Sexual Assault & Evidentiary Matters”, The Georgetown Journal of Gender and the Law, (2009) 10 GEO. J. GENDER & L. 457. In his third year of law school, he was the Staff Editor for The Georgetown Journal of Gender and the Law. Additionally, he was an Editor and Senior Writer for the Columbia Daily Spectator. Mr. Goldstein also launched a student operated business at Columbia.
