Charles W. Simmons

Mr. Simmons is Partner and Manager of the Las Vegas office. Mr. Simmons has a renowned reputation for skillful analysis, a strict work ethic and tenacity in negotiations. Due to his extensive expertise in Construction Defect Litigation, clients specifically request him to handle complex cases. His other areas of expertise include General Casualty Defense, Professional Liability, Product Liability, Premises Liability, Automobile Liability Defense, Writs and Appeals, and Asbestos Litigation Defense. He is licensed to practice in Nevada and New York.

Mr. Simmons' personal interests include sports, classic automobiles and dogs. He is an eager follower of the Buffalo Bills and Buffalo Sabres.

Professional Activities

Mr. Simmons is a member of the Clark County Bar Association.

Trial results include: Olson v. Aztech Plastering, wherein he obtained a defense verdict against a homeowner who sued for improper construction installation and damage in excess of $1 million. In a retrial for Negligence, Mr. Simmons again obtained a verdict for the defense.

Mr. Simmons has favorably settled hundreds of cases ranging from a few hundred dollars into the seven figures. Many of these cases had trial exposures far exceeding the amounts of settlements.
