Franklin C. Aghassi

Mr. Aghassi is a Senior Associate with the firm and widely known for his proven expertise in residential home and homeowner's association Construction Defect Defense Litigation. He also has experience in Personal Injury and Medical Malpractice Litigation. In addition, he is highly skilled in Business Transactions, Business Litigation, General Casualty Defense and Real Estate Litigation. He practices in California.
