Jacqueline T. Hilton
Ms. Hilton is an Associate with the firm. She began her legal career defending Federal Employees Liability Act claims on behalf of Amtrak and representing the federal government in legal matters involving failed Savings and Loan Associations. Ms. Hilton was also part of Nutrisystem’s California team defending product liability claims. For the past 20 years, her focus has been defending Workers’ Compensation claims. Prior to entering private practice in 2000, Ms. Hilton was in-house counsel for Zenith and Travelers. Her specialty is defending complex, high-exposure cases. Ms. Hilton practices in California.
Ms. Hilton is a life-long equestrian with a special interest in dressage. She also enjoys photography, baking and gardening. Ms. Hilton is an avid follower of the dressage team for the United States Equestrian Federation.
Professional Activities
Ms. Hilton is a member of the United States Dressage Federation and the California Dressage Society. She is also a supporter of CDS Club 100, which is a grant funded program that assists young riders in their dressage education and training.Admissions
