James Brady

Mr. Brady is one of the founding members of the firm with substantial experience and expertise in the practice of law. His client service philosophy and stalwart work ethic have helped shape the identity of BVRC as a renowned trial firm. He led the standardization of optimally organized and cost-efficient case handling techniques used in the construction defect and complex litigation sections of the firm.

Currently, Mr. Brady supervises senior litigators handling complex, significant exposure matters while handling select cases personally in the state of California. His areas of expertise include Construction Defect Litigation, General Casualty Defense, Business Litigation, Americans With Disabilities Litigation, Automobile Liability Defense, Environmental Litigation, Product Liability, Title Insurance Litigation, Bad Faith Litigation, Insurance Coverage and Asbestos Litigation Defense.

He enjoys college football and playing with his six grandchildren.
