Jana L. De Ianni

Ms. De Ianni, an Associate with the firm, is recognized for her valuable experience in Construction Defect Litigation. Ms. De Ianni represents and defends general contractors and subcontractors in complex civil litigation and pre-litigation matters. As former in-house counsel for Petersen-Dean Roofing, Ms. De Ianni also gained experience in Insurance Coverage, Liens and Collections, Business Litigation, Business Formations, General Casualty Defense, Business Transactions, and Employment Litigation and Labor Law. She practices law in California.

Her interests include traveling, skiing, golfing and scuba diving. She also is a fan of the Gonzaga Bulldogs and San Francisco 49ers.

Professional Activities

Ms. De Ianni is a member of the American Bar Association and has been published in the Gonzaga Law Review. She also participated in the National Appellate Advocacy Competition (NAAC) and is a member of Beta Gamma Sigma (Business Honor Society).
