Leslie A. Braley

Mr. Braley is an Associate with the firm. He has worked in the Workers’ Compensation industry for 20 years, earning over 20 Take Nothing Awards. He has worked closely with the Santa Ana District Attorney’s Office, successfully pursing fraudulent claims by applicants. Mr. Braley has practiced before every Southern California Workers’ Compensation Appeals Board and has many years of experience with the appeals boards in Central Valley and Northern California. He has also successfully argued before the California Court of Appeal. Mr. Braley is looking forward to utilizing his expertise in Workers’ Compensation at Brady, Vorwerck, Ryder & Caspino. His other specialty areas include Premises Liability, Employment Litigation, and Business Litigation. Mr. Braley practices in California.

Mr. Braley enjoys reading novels, watching movies, camping, fishing, travelling and coaching his daughter’s soccer team. He is an avid fan of the Denver Broncos and the Los Angeles Angels. He also enjoys the excitement of live hockey and basketball.

Professional Activities

In law school, Mr. Braley won two Jurisprudence Awards in Constitutional Law II and Corporations and earned the title of Best Oralist in Honors Moot Court. He also received a Good Samaritan Award after rescuing a family when their vehicle ended up in a river due to an automobile accident.
