Nicholas E. Tse
Mr. Tse is an Associate with the firm. He has represented employers and insurance companies throughout all stages of Workers’ Compensation Litigation, from case evaluation through trial and appeal. He is highly skilled in defending Workers’ Compensation claims arising out of the construction industry as well as the high tech sector. Mr. Tse has also represented employers in 132a claims involving discrimination; and has successfully intervened on behalf of his clients in subrogation matters. He is looking forward to working with the Workers’ Compensation unit at Brady, Vorwerck, Ryder & Caspino, where he can thoroughly engage his specialized knowledge in this area. Mr. Tse practices in California.
Mr. Tse enjoys playing golf, travelling, and barbequing in his spare time. He is a UC Berkeley sports fan, as well as a supporter of the Texas Rangers, New England Patriots, and Manchester United.
