Robert W. Pritchard

Mr. Pritchard is a Partner with the firm. He is an experienced and successful Construction Defect lawyer. In addition, he has had a wide variety of experience extending not only to other types of complex litigation but to Business Transactions and Formations as well. His other areas of practice include: Business Litigation, Environmental Litigation, Product Liability, Employment Litigation and Labor Law, Professional Liability, Real Estate Litigation and Asbestos Litigation Defense. He is licensed to practice in California, New Jersey and Florida.

His interests include golf, tennis, scuba diving, horseback riding, hiking, fishing and treasure hunting. He also volunteers at various church and school events. He enjoys watching football, ice hockey, tennis and lacrosse. He was the New Jersey State Champion for discus and shot put.

Professional Activities

Mr. Pritchard was a Judicial Extern for LA County Law & Motion Department and has won the Jurisprudence Book Award. He is a member of the American Bar Association, the Los Angeles County Bar Association and the Orange County Bar Association.

Mr. Pritchard is highly skilled in obtaining successful outcomes on behalf of the firm's clients. In one case involving a large Silicon Valley apartment complex and a $3.5 million loss claim, he was lead counsel in resolving the case favorably, despite the potential exposure and contentious issues with other counsel and mediator.
