Sean R. DiThomas

Mr. DiThomas is an Associate with the firm. He is a well-known Workers’ Compensation attorney with practice experience throughout all of Southern California, including San Diego, the Inland Empire, Orange County, and Los Angeles. Mr. DiThomas brings over 10 years of experience to Brady, Vorwerck, Ryder & Caspino. He has represented self-insureds, municipalities, and a multitude of other insureds. He specializes in handling highly complex high value claims, as well as safety, municipal, education and employment cross-over matters. His extensive experience includes claims involving California Insurance Guarantee Association. Mr. DiThomas delivers a strong offense with his intimate knowledge of Workers’ Compensation and subrogation claims.
