Brady, Vorwerck, Ryder & Caspino Expands Workers' Compensation Services through Merger with The Law Offices of Richard M. Widom

Orange, Calif. - Brady, Vowerck, Ryder & Caspino and The Law Offices of Richard M. Widom announce the merger of their firms.  The merger strengthens the firm's workers' compensation practice and brings together each firm's highly experienced attorneys in this practice area.  Both firms represent a broad spectrum of clients who will benefit from the combined expertise of the firm's attorneys in not only workers' compensation, but other areas as well, including general liability and construction defect.

"This merger enables us to expand and strengthen our firm's workers' compensation practice and to provide our current clients with additional workers' compensation expertise," says Michael Caspino, one of the Founding Partners of Brady, Vorwerck, Ryder & Caspino.  "We are also able to now bring the full services of our firm, in multiple practice areas, to the clients of The Law Offices of Richard M. Widom.  We're enthusiastic about this merger and view it as an opportunity to better serve both existing and new clients."

"By merging with Brady, Vorwerck, Ryder & Caspino, we are better positioned to expand throughout California and provide not only defense of workers' compensation, but representation in other areas of defense litigation," says Richard M. Widom, now the new Senior Managing Partner of the firm's Workers' Compensation Practice Group.
